Enhanced Access Survey
From 1st October 2022, GP Practices will be offering services in the evenings and on Saturdays. All GP Practices will be open from 08:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday. Some services normally offered at your GP Practice will also be available between 18:30 and 20:00 Monday to Friday and on Saturdays between 09:00 and 17:00; this will be at either tour GP Practice or at another local location. We would like to hear our patient’s opinions on Enhanced Access to GP services in this area. The Eastleigh Southern Parishes, Waterside and West New Forest GP Networks are running a survey for patients to give feedback about how easy or difficult they have found it to access GP services out of normal hours.
Please take the time to have your say by completing the survey using the link below, which is anonymous. The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete. The deadline is Wednesday 13th July.

The main reception is closed between 1-2pm but phone lines remain open for urgent medical needs. - Thursday

08:00 until 18:30 - Saturday
08:00 until 11:00
