Patient Survey About Accessing GP Services

Chawton House Surgery
Patient Participation Group

Dear Chawton House Patient

Healthwatch Hampshire is the independent champion for people using health and care services in Hampshire.  It provides a way for patients, like us, to have a say about the services we receive and to influence the people who run these services across the county and to help get these services right in the future.

At the moment they are looking at the impact of Covid on GP services, having recently undertaken a survey of GPs and practice staff about the changes they have had to deal with and the challenges they face.  Now they are running a survey for patients to get feedback about how easy or difficult we have found it to access GP services over the last six months.  This will be used by Healthwatch Hampshire to show the NHS what is working well and what could be better and to help find solutions for the future.

Please take the time to have your say by completing the survey now, using one of the links below to complete the survey, which is anonymous.   The first gives you additional information and a link to take the survey, the second takes you directly to the survey itself.  While they say the survey takes up to 20 minutes,  personally it took me less that 10 minutes and I found plenty of places to leave comments.  The deadline is Friday 31 December.

Share your experiences of using GP (General Practice) services in the last six months | Healthwatch Hampshire
