Dr Sally Johnston Retirement Notice

We wish to announce that after 37 years of dedicated service, Dr Sally Johnston has taken the decision to retire from Chawton House Surgery on the 16th December 2024.

Dr Johnston’s unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional care has left a lasting mark on our practice and the community we serve, and her presence will be profoundly missed by all who have had the pleasure of working with her and have been treated by her.

As she moves into this well-deserved retirement, Dr Johnston is looking forward to becoming more involved in politics and spending quality time with her beloved grandchildren. Whilst we are sad to see her go, we are excited for her as she pursues these new passions and adventures. We wish her all the best as she embarks on a new chapter in her life.
