You will need to register to access the online prescription service. This service is linked to the clinical system; this means any medication that has been authorised by a doctor to be repeated will be presented to you in a list similar to that on the right hand side of your printed repeat prescription. The same username and password for this service allows online booking of appointments.

Repeat prescriptions are normally for patients with long-term conditions who receive regular treatment. Your doctor will decide who can have a repeat prescription. From time to time we will ask you to see your doctor to review your medication. We do this to monitor your illness and medication.
You can ask for a repeat prescription by calling into the surgery when the reception is open, by post or online via the above link. We regret we cannot take telephone requests for repeat prescriptions because of the possibility of error.
Please give us at least 3 complete working days notice to process your request.
You are welcome to send your request with a stamped self-addressed envelope and we will post your prescription to you. If you would like us to send your prescription to one of the local pharmacies, please indicate this on the request form and we will do this for you.
If you are requesting an item that is not on repeat prescription, please supply us with some information as to why this medication is required.
To help make things easier for people on repeat medication, many pharmacies offer a free repeat prescription service which is quick and convenient to arrange. If you think that this is something that might be of use to you, pop in and discuss it with your usual pharmacy.
