The New Way To Book a GP Appointment

From this Wednesday, the 14th May 2025, Chawton House Surgery will be introducing ‘Rapid Health’. This new tool will be used to book GP appointments, request sick/fit notes, request prescriptions and travel risk assessments.

From Wednesday you will need to click on ‘Request An Appointment Online’ in the orange box on the home screen to use this service. Alternatively you can call the surgery on 01590672953 and the Patient Services Team will help you complete the form.
