Ordering repeat prescriptions

You can order a prescription in a few ways:

1. Contact your registered pharmacy who will then pass the request onto us.
2. Order online via the NHS app
3. You can also order your prescriptions by visiting SystmOnline.  If you wish to be set up for this please visit or call the surgery and one of our administration team can help set you up with a user name and password
4. Come into the surgery and order, or fill out a prescription request slip at Reception
5. Click the link below to send us an online request via email

Please note we do not accept prescription requests over the phone, but we can deal with prescription queries if you call 01590 672953.
