There is lots of help available locally for younger people, but sometimes it can be difficult to find the right service.

Try ChatHealth 11-19 which is a text messaging service to support young people in Hampshire.

The ChatHealth text service is an easy way for young people 11-19 to confidentially ask for help with a range of issues. The service is manned by qualified school nurses who have a wealth of experience of working with young people.

Kooth is an anonymous site which helps children and young people to feel safe and confident in exploring their concerns and seeking professional support.  Access to Kooth is immediate. There is no need for a referral, no waiting lists and the service is available 24/7.

Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life for Teens‘ brings essential skills to teens using acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), positive psychology, and developing emotional intelligence for moving past depression, anxiety, limiting behaviour, and self-doubt.
